Well, actually most people use email exclusively for work since it requires the formal greetings. But when it comes to our daily life, instant messaging apps such asWeChat and QQ are more prevalent and user-friendly.

I use it on a daily basis, to submit a resume, contact my tutor or share some files, you name it. It really comes in handy and it is already an indispensable part of my life.
