Around the age of 7 to 9This is the time when they start to understand the world a bit more and have had some experiences to form opinions on. For instance, if a child has tried different sports, they might start to prefer one over the others and express a view on which they like best. During puberty, around 11 to 14As they go through puberty, they become more aware of themselves and the world around them. They start questioning things more and forming stronger opinions. For example, they might start to have a clear preference for certain types of music or movies based on their personal tastes and experiences.

Most of the time, yes because once they start forming their own views, they can be quite passionate about them. For instance, a child who loves animals might strongly advocate for animal rights and be upset when they see any form of cruelty. However, from time to time, their opinions can be quite flexible because they're still learning and their views can change easily based on new experiences or information. For example, a child who loves a particular TV show might suddenly stop watching it if they find a new one that they enjoymore.
