You can say this when another person says something that applies to you too. It is generally used for negative things.

当别人对你说的话，对你也同样适用时，你可以这样说。它通常用于消极的事情。

A：I've got so much work to do. I'm so stressed out.

我有这么多工作要做，压力太大了。

B：Join the club. (= I have a lot of work and am stressed out too.)

咱们都一样。(我也有很多工作，压力也很大。)
